Share a moment you saw God move.
Fingerprints or handprints are pieces of evidence establishing proof of the presence of an individual. Scripture talks about God’s handiwork and handprints so to speak.
Psalm 139:5 (NIV) says, “You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand upon me.” David is speaking to God. It’s God’s hand laid upon David.
Psalm 8:3 says, “When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place.”
Isaiah 64:8 says, “Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.”
In my stories, I try to share how God’s presence in my life has been evidenced by circumstances, connections, memories that only He could weave together. With eyes and ears wide-open, through prayer, I can see God’s handprints or fingerprints in my life. I am the clay; He is the potter. He continues to mold me and show me how much He cares for me which in turn turns my heart towards Him more and more. I can prove it, and I bet you can too. If you’d like to share a story of when you knew God was moving in your life, please share your “evidence” below. Your story can be shared only with me or offered to be shared with Strong. Brave. Courageous. readers on this fingerprints page. Either way, thank you in advance for sharing your fingerprint story to inspire others.
